We wanted to shed some light on what happens when you order a custom Gaming PC so you can be assured you are in the best hands.
Stage 1 - Order Received
This means your order is in the queue, we can only speed this stage up by buying a fastrack, generally, it will sit here until funds are cleared or it's next in turn in the list of builds we also take fraud seriously and as we run fraud checks this can also delay the order moving to the processing stage.
Stage 2 - In Build Queue / Parts On Order
At this stage, our engineers will collect your components from our store ensuring that we have all that is required to assemble your order. If anything is not in stock we will order the components from our dedicated suppliers to be delivered in time for the next stage. Parts On Order will not affect your overall build time. (Standard Build Time 5-7 days & Fast Track 3 -4 days).
Stage 3 - Building
At this stage, your PC is in the hands of one of our Engineers being assembled and cable managed. In this step, we also take the time to install your OS and ensure all drivers are installed. Finally, we install the relevant 3rd Party Software to enable the lighting effect to be controlled where required.
Stage 3 - Testing
This is where your PC gets tested, we run the same burn-in-test and stress tests as all the big companies. This pushes the PC to its limits verifying reliability and stability so you can be assured that your Gaming PC is ready to be used.
Stage 4 - Awaiting Dispatch
After your PC has passed all the tests, the next step is to package up your PC and any other items you may have purchased. Depending on your chosen method, your PC will be extensively secured and wrapped to help stop any damage during shipping. If collection is chosen your PC will be packaged and ready for your arrival.
Stage 5 - Game
After your Gaming PC has been delivered or collected then it's time to game. All our PCs are plug and play-ready so as soon as you get it unboxed and hooked up it's time to enjoy yourself!
