General Information
We offer a range of delivery options depending on the product weight, size and location within the UK & Ireland. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be fully insured and special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
UK Mainland & Northern Ireland
DHL will handle deliveries within UK Mainland with deliveries to Northern Ireland handled by DPD. Both of these services are 24HR tracked and Insured for your peace of mind. At the time of dispatch, your order will be updated with the tracking information of your parcel and you will receive updates and notifications via Text or Email of the parcel's progress with a delivery time window on the morning of the delivery.
Republic of Ireland
All orders to the Republic of Ireland will be handled by DPD, This is a tracked service and is 24-48HR depending on your location within Ireland. At the time of dispatch, your order will be updated with the tracking information of your parcel and you will receive updates and notifications via Text or Email of the parcel's progress with a delivery time window on the morning of the delivery.
As we are based in Northern Ireland there are No Additional Customs/Delivery Charges regardless of your location In UK or Ireland.
Delivery Delays
Delivery times provided at the time of ordering are approximate and may vary. Whilst we strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders, we cannot be held responsible for delays that may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as those caused by the courier service. While we work closely with our shipping partners to minimize any potential delays, factors such as weather conditions, transportation issues, or unforeseen events may impact delivery times. We will make every effort to assist you in resolving any issues that may arise during the shipping process.
Custom Built Gaming Computers
The Delivery time of your gaming computer from the time that you place your order will vary depending on the build time option that you select when placing the order. We offer 2 different options. Standard Build, this is a 5-7 working day dispatch or Fast Track Build, 3-4 working day dispatch.
Next-Day Prebuilt Gaming Computers
These gaming computers will be dispatched the next working day after the order has been placed providing that the PC is purchased in the default configuration as listed. Should any changes be made this will add 1-3 working days.
Delivery - Frequently Asked Quesitons
When will I know my order has been shipped?
When your order is dispatched you will be notified by email & SMS, this will include your tracking number and a link to the courier tracking portal.
When shipped, how quickly will my order arrive?
Once your order is shipped, it is estimated that your computer will be with you the next working day (excluding weekends & bank holidays). Orders placed with a Saturday delivery service will be dispatched on a Friday for delivery the following day. Please note: Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands and ROI will take longer, depending on the accessibility of your delivery location are generally 2 working days.
What time will my computer arrive?
Your order will be dispatched on a next-day delivery service and therefore it may come at any time between 9:00 am- 6:00 pm. If you have provided us with a mobile contact number then DPD will also provide you a one-hour delivery slot so you know exactly when it will arrive.
What happens if I miss the courier?
Should there be nobody available at your premises to accept delivery of your order DPD will leave a calling card with instructions for you to re-arrange.
What are your office opening times?
Our opening hours are 09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday (Excluding weekends & bank holidays).
How can I get my tracking information?
You can track your order on our website from Purchasing to Shipping, once the order has been shipped your online tracker will also be updated with the DPD or DHL tracking number and a link to the tracking portal.
