1 Year Parts and Labour Return to Base Warranty Direct with us. If for any reason there is a problem with the computer it is the responsibility of the customer to return the computer to ourselves for repair.
Any warranties in place for new products are first and foremost a manufacturer's warranty. If at any time anything needs to be replaced or repaired during the warranty period, we will act on your behalf to return the item and get it replaced. However, we will not be responsible for the length of time taken for the manufacturers to replace the item.
If the item is refurbished then it will be repaired in-house and the warranty is covered by us for parts and labor.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects that have occurred, during the valid warranty period.
This warranty does not cover: Cosmetic damage, damage classed as an act of God, accidental damage, misuse, abuse, negligence, additional modifications which have been added to any part of the product, damage due to improper operation or maintenance (connection to an improper voltage supply) or attempted repair by an unauthorized third party.
This warranty does not cover batteries as these are classed as a consumable products.
Any Software or media which has been pre-installed on the computer such as the operating system is also not covered under warranty. This means that it is the user's responsibility to maintain and use the software correctly. If this software becomes corrupted or damaged due to improper use or abuse, then you the customer, will be responsible for the standard repair prices in order to rectify the problem.
