This warranty covers manufacturing defects which have occurred, during the valid warranty period.
This warranty does not cover: cosmetic damage, damage classed as an act of God, accidental damage, misuse, abuse, negligence, additional modifications which have been added to any part of the product, damage due to improper operation or maintenance (connection to improper voltage supply) or attempted repair by an unauthorised third party.
The warranty will also not cover parts which are considered prone to failure due to general wear and tear. (E.g. DC Jack, USB Ports, Hinges, etc )
Any Software or media which has been pre-installed on the computer such as the operating system is also not covered under warranty. This means that it is the users responsibility to maintain and use the software correctly. If this software becomes corrupted or damaged due to improper use or abuse, then you the customer, will be responsible for the standard repair prices in order to rectify the problem.
Please note that if an item has been arranged for repair, and it is subsequently concluded that the fault was due to either user error, or no technical fault could be found a surcharge of £20 may be levied and will be the responsibility of the customer.
You have the right to return your item within 14 days of receiving the item as per UK Distance Selling Regulations.
Once you have then notified us that you will be returning the item you have another 14 days to that the item has been returned to us.
Once we have received the goods, we will inspect them and refund you within another 14 days.
The item will be returned at the cost of the Customer to ourselves and must be in perfecting working condition when it is received by us. If there is any damage caused to the item through misuse, abuse or negligence then we will deduct this from the refund cost of the item.
