This warranty covers manufacturing defects which have occurred, during the valid warranty period.

This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage, damage classed as an act of God, accidental damage, misuse, abuse, negligence, additional modifications which have been added to any part of the product, damage due to improper operation or maintenance (connection to an improper voltage supply) or attempted repair by an unauthorised third party.

Repairs Under Warranty

Any Software or media which has been pre-installed on the computer such as the operating system is also not covered under warranty. This means that it is the user's responsibility to maintain and use the software correctly. If this software becomes corrupted or damaged due to improper use or abuse, then you the customer, will be responsible for the standard repair prices in order to rectify the problem.
