The Process

As Per UK Distance Selling Regulations, you are entitled to return your purchased item within 14 days of receiving it.

Once you have informed us of your intention to return the item, you will have an additional 14 days to ensure that the item is returned to us.

Upon receipt of the goods, we will inspect them and process the refund within 14 days.

For Custom Built or Made-to-Order items, we will only accept returns if the item is found to be faulty. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs and the item must be in perfect working condition upon receipt by us. If the item is found to be damaged due to misuse, abuse, or negligence, we reserve the right to deduct the cost of repairs from the refund amount.
